Jacob Howard, MD & Founder, FMI
Jacob Howard is a seasoned marketing professional with nearly 20 years of experience in financial services. He has held senior roles at Deutsche Bank, Liquidnet, SWIFT, Euronext and New York Stock Exchange. As Director at Deutsche Bank, Jacob led marketing in the Investment Bank, created innovative solutions for the Corporate Bank and provided MarTech consulting across divisions. Since 2018, Jacob has chaired the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)'s Financial Services group, promoting the marketing profession and championing culture and digital topics in the industry.
In 2024, Jacob founded Financial Marketing Insights (FMI), focused on building a community for financial services marketers through a series of global, award-winning Financial Services Marketing Leaders’ Summits, a regular podcast that interviews senior FS marketers and further educational activities such as webinars and articles.
Mina Tezcan, Head of Strategic Partnerships, FMI
Mina Tezcan is a marketing and communications strategist with over 15 years of experience in financial services. She has held senior marketing roles at leading institutions including Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, and KPMG. At KPMG, she served as a strategic advisor to global financial institutions, specialising in corporate communications during complex organisational transformations.
